These terms govern your account on btr4d and your use of our platform. By registering, you agree to the conditions set out here. We have written these terms to be clear and straightforward, covering account creation, deposits and withdrawals, game rules, dispute resolution, and jurisdiction restrictions.

Dispute Resolution and Account Issues

If your account is suspended, we will notify you and explain the reason where possible. If the issue is resolved (for example, you correct false information or cease prohibited activity), we may reactivate your account. If your account is closed, we will hold your balance in a segregated account for a reasonable period to allow you to request withdrawal. After that period, unclaimed balances may be forfeited.

These terms apply to all users of btr4d and are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our services are legally operated. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of btr4d after an update means you accept the new terms.
